Baramulla : Union Minister of State for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs and Sports, Nitish Pramanik on Wednesday said that the Government of India (GOI) is putting all the efforts in creating a peaceful environment for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
As per Kashmir Despatch Correspondent, during his visit to Baramulla town, the minister said the centre is at its best for redressing the genuine issues of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
“After Abrogation of Article 370, the change is visible on ground. Without public demand, ministers from the centre are visiting Jammu and Kashmir to listen to the issues and sufferings of people. After listening to the issues, we are putting all efforts to redress the issues for the betterment and welfare of people,” the minister said.
He said that our motive is to make all residents of Jammu and Kashmir safe.
The sports minister later visited a local restaurant where he had a cup of tea and shared ideas with common people.(Kashmir Despatch)
