Srinagar : A 56-year-old man was killed in a road accident in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Saturday.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said an elderly man identified as Ghulam Mohammad Ganie son of Mukhta Ganie a resident of Kaloosa Bandipora, was seriously injured after being hit by an ECO private car in Bandipora town.
However, Ganie succumbed to his injuries on the way to hospital.
Meanwhile, Police have taken cognizance of the incident and registered a case in this regard.
