Srinagar, June 10 : An Elderly man died of heart attack in Sopore town of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a 50 year old man identified as Tariq Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Khaliq Bhat of Baghe Sana Badambagh Sopore suffered cardiac arrest at his home this afternoon.
He was taken to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead, they said.
A health official confirming to Kashmir Despatch about this death said he died due to heart attack, he however said as per protocol COVID-19 samples have been taken.
