Engineering student dies in Sopore road mishap

Sopore, Oct 03: An engineering student died in a road accident in north Kashmir’s Sopore village of Baramulla District on Saturday evening.

Reports reaching said a motorcycle bearing registration number TN-228E-8481 met with an accident at Choora area of Sopore this evening resulting in serious injuries to one person.

However, he was rushed to nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

A police officer also confirmed this road mishap to Kashmir Despatch and Identified deceased as Iqbal Qasim Beigh, 37 Son of Abdul Ahad of Dooru Sopore. Officer said a case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been initiated.
