Date:

Former senior People’s Democratic Party (PDP) senior and newly joined Jammu and Kashmir People’s Movement (JKPM) Javeed Mustafa Mir faced resentment from supporter of Dr Shah Faisal, from Doda district, while addressing his first meeting in Jammu organised by the leaders and activists of JKPM Jammu region at Hotel Ritz.

As per reports, the normal functioning of the event turned ugly when a supporter of Dr. Faesal hailing from Doda district Tariq Hussain Rather stood on his chair and interrupted Javeed Mustafa Mir during his address and raised objectionable question for his (Javeed Mir) joining in the JKPM.

He further alleged that joining of such leaders in JKPM will fail the mission of IAS topper, Dr Faesal’s dream who had already resigned when he found that people of J-K are deprived of their fundamental rights including development and other issues.

He added that such kind of so-called leaders is failed in addressing the issues and problems being faced by the people of all the three regions.

“We are not opposing whosoever is joining JKPM led by Dr Shah Faisal but my aim is to aware our Movement leadership not to fall fray in dirty politics of such like so-called leaders of mainstream political parties who had already ruined the future of people of J&K for the last 7 decades for their vested interests,” He said.

“We will not allow such vested interest people in the JKPM who are trying to tarnish the image of the party which has been established under the leadership of an honest and dedicated young and youth Shah Faesal sahib who is in aiming to provide justice to every people of the state,” he added.
