School Association has no option but to take a stand

Srinagar : President of Private Schools Association on Saturday said that it’s only few elements who are trying to create maligning the contribution of Private education in Kashmir.
G N Var in a statement said that Private School Association has taken a strong note and decided to take a collective stand in order to ensure that schools run smoothly and the career of students shall not put at stake.
Var said this is not the first time but in the past as well these few elements have been trying to create scenes in private schools to defame the image of the institutions.
The statement reads after meeting in Srinagar head office also in district office Baramulla it was unanimously decided that schools will respond as per the government orders from 24 February, however, no school transport will operate till the issues pertaining to school transport will not be resolved amicably.
The teaching staff has also been advised to attend the school by using private transport.
The President issued a statement further reads that all sincere parent bodies will be taken on board to thwart the nefarious designs of elements in inimical to the private education sector. The school Association has no option but to take a standing statement reads.
Pertinent to mention here that some of the parents had protested in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district over the bus fee issue with many schools in the district.
