Udhampur, Mar 10 : Five members of a family including three minor girls, a boy and a lady were killed after a residential house was hit by a boulder in Barmeen Khein Udhampur district during night, the police said.
Official sources told wire service— that a loose rock rolled down through the house, killing five of the family members on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Sharda Devi wife of Raj Singh, Aarti Devi daughter of Raj Singh, Anu Devi daughter of Raj Singh, Swani Devi daughter of Raj Singh, Pawan Singh son of Raj Singh all from Upper Barmeen.
Meanwhile, the injured identified as Raj Singh, son of Munshi Ram was rushed to District Udhampur for treatment reported KNO.
