Five shops gutted in fire in Baramulla Market

Baramulla: Five shops were gutted in a fire incident in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday.

According to reports, the fire emerged from one of the five shops at the Tanga complex near the bus stand and later engulfed the nearby shops. On being informed by locals, Fire personnel, and police reached the spot and initiated efforts to douse the flames.


The reason behind the outbreak of fire was yet to be ascertained when the last reports came.


Meanwhile, police have registered a case and further investigation has been taken up into the incident.
