Primary schools, including both public and private institutions, up to fifth class across Kashmir Valley will remain closed for class work today on December 9.
Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan who has issued orders in this regard said the decision has been taken in view of poor visibility due to the prevailing weather condition in the division.
A thick layer of fog engulfed most parts of the valley on Sunday affecting visibility and causing problems to people especially to motorists.
