Sopore : Forces on Sunday evening launched a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore village.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a joint team of Army’s 52 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Tarzoo village of Sopore and conducted house to house searches in the area.
Following inputs about presence of militants search operation was launched in the area a police officer told Kashmir Despatch.
Searches in the area was on when last reports came.
