Sopore, June 20 : Government forces on Saturday evening launched a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Sopore village.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a mixture of forces conducted searches in Saidpora village of Sopore this evening sealed all entry and exit points in the area.
A police officer said following inputs about the presence of militants a joint team of Army’s
22RR, Sopore Police and CRPF launched search operation. He said searches are underway in the area.
