Four shops gutted in fire mishap in Pulwama village

Srinagar, May 14 : Atleast Four shops were gutted and property worth lakhs of rupees reduced to ashes when a major fire broke out in Samboora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district this morning.

Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said the blaze originated from one shop and subsequently spread to other nearby shops within a few minutes at Samboora market resulting in gutted of four shops within minutes reports said.

Fire tenders, police rushed to the spot after receiving information, doused the flames with the help of locals, reports added.

However the cause of fire mishap was not known immediately.

Meanwhile police took cognizance of this fire mishap.
