Authorities on Saturday evening said that due to slides and shooting stones at Panthyal hundreds of vehicles stranded enroute on Srinagar-Jammu highway following fresh rains.
Officials said that soon after fresh landslides, traffic movement stopped from Jakhaini as a precautionary measures.
However all the passengers are requested to check the status of highway from all traffic units before start journey officials said.
Pertinently Metrological department had predicted another spell of Snowfall, and rains in Kashmir valley for next 24 hours.
