Ganderbal, Nov 12: Started as a normal cafe in 2018 at Sopore town in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, Zero Miles Grill and Cafe is now a brand name and most sought after restaurant in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The brain behind the Zero Miles Grill and Cafe restaurant chain, Jibran Khan, a resident of Bandipora district, was once passionate about tourism and is now a true inspiration for many young people who desire to pursue their aspirations.

Jibran, in conversation with Kashmir Despatch, said that after the great success of Zero Miles Grill and Cafe in Sopore, Bandipora, Kupwara, and Handwara, Zero Miles has now traveled a few more miles towards Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

He said it’s all love, respect, and support from people; the Zero Miles brand is getting so famous and popular among the people in Kashmir.

The young entrepreneur said that in the coming times, Pampore, Anantnag, and Udampur will be the next stations.

After the inauguration of Zero Miles Grill and Cafe in Kangan, this Bandipora business professional said that the food quality, service, and ambience provided to the customers reached him to touch this milestone.

He said this will be more looked into for the future, where his energetic and dedicated team will serve people with more love and more deliciously for their satisfaction.

Talking about this newly opened outlet, Jibran said that they will be able to cater to not only the people of Kangan but also tourists traveling on the Sonmarg-Leh highway.

“My motive is to be a job provider in a place where unemployment has hit badly,” he said.

Jibran said that his efforts are to provide youth with a platform to earn their livelihood for a better future amid the increasing situation of drug abuse.

“I ran from pillar to post in search of a job, and I don’t want young people to suffer like that. My basic motive behind starting the food chain is to generate avenues for employment besides serving quality food,” he added.

Jibran said that Alhamdulillah, so far, with the love and blessings of people, he is really satisfied with the decision that he made back in 2018 when he started this cafe along with my cousin Javid Ahmad Mohroo.
