Ganderbal family up in arms against admin, demands fast track rescue operation

Ganderbal : A family in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday staged protest against admin and demanded fast track rescue operation for their son whose body is yet to retrieve from the Nallah sindh.

As per Kashmir Despatch correspondent, The body of JCB helper Irfan Ahmed Butt, son of Bashir Ahmed Butt, resident of Wakura Ganderbal, who went missing in Nallah Sindh in a road accident at Hung Sonamarg on Monday, was not recovered even on the third day.

As a result of which his family members protested in front of DC office Ganderbal today. The protesters demanded the district administration to give us the body of Irfan Ahmed Butt as soon as possible.

Ganderbal police came to the spot and assured him that no effort would be made in the search for Irfan Ahmed Butt.

SHO Ganderbal Arshad Salafi assured Irfan Ahmed Butt’s family and sent them back home and the vehicles movement were restored.
