Bandipora, April 10 : A 10-year-old girl was killed while three others suffered injuries after a load carrier in which they were traveling turned turtle in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Tuesday afternoon.
An official told News Agency Kashmir Scroll that a three-wheeler load carrier (Auto) registration no. Jk15A 6334 turned turtle at Churtangoo Ajas Bandipora resulted in on spot death of 10 year old girl.
In the mishap three other persons were injured and were immediately taken to nearby hospital where from doctors referred all injured to SKIMS Soura medical institution for advanced treatment.
A police officer also confirmed this road mishap to News Agency Kashmir Scroll and identified deceased girl as Furqana daughter of Altaf Ahmad Ganai of Ajas. The officer further said that a case in this regard has been registered and further investigation has been set into motion. (KS)
