Srinagar, Nov 27, KDC: The Lt governor and Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered key administrative transfers involving senior JKAS and IAS officers.
As per Government Order No. 1555-JK(GAD) of 2025, a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir Dot Com, Syed Qamar Sajad, JKAS, Managing Director, J&K Cable Car Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Director, Tourism, Kashmir against an available vacancy.
He will also continue to hold the additional charge of Managing Director, J&K Cable Car Corporation till further orders.
The same order places Pankaj Magotra, JKAS, who was awaiting adjustment in the General Administration Department, as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu.
Shekhar, IAS (AGMUT:2021), has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Jammu, against an available vacancy.
The transfer orders, issued by Commissioner/Secretary M. Raju, IAS, come into effect immediately.
