Poonch, Oct 14 : Gun shots were heard during a cordon and search operation in villages along Jammu- Rajouri-Poonch national highway after which more reinforcement have been rushed to the spot on Thursday.
Official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that in some villages close to National Highway falling under Mendhar sub division of Poonch district, search were launched on Thursday over some specific intelligence inputs during which some gunshots have been heard.
“We are assessing the nature of these gunshots and reinforcement have been rushed.”—(KNO)
