SURANKOTE, Aug 22: The Humdarad Human Welfare Society (HHWS) has hailed the government decision of appointing Prof. Jasbir Singh as the principal of Government Degree College Surankote.
In this regard, a team of HHWS reached GDC Surankote on Saturday to welcome Prof.Jasbir Singh who took over as the Principal GDC Surankote.Mr.Jasbir Singh is a learned intellectual and a seasoned educationist, the HHWS team said. Before his elevation to Principal Prof. Singh has served as assistant professor in higher education. “People of Surankote are extremely pleasured to have such an honest and dedicated person posted as principal in GDC Surankote,” the HHWS team observed.
Healthy views were exchanged on various issues like introducing new subjects like ( public administration and Law) in GDC Surankote.
Apart from this Sohail Malik Advisor of Hamdard Human Welfare Society ,a renowned social activist from Surankote also talked about workshop to be held in college.
Sohail Malik, Sheikh Zameer and Abass Malik were part of the Hamdard deputation to greet the new principal.
