Srinagar, June 12: A dead body of a Handwara man was recovered from Jehlum in summer capital Srinagar on Friday.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said a male dead body was recovered at Soitang Srinagar by some locals accordingly police was informed.
Reports said the deceased man has been identified as Handwara resident.
Meanwhile, police reached the spot and taken the body to hospital for legal formalities reported added.
Sources told Kashmir Despatch that the deceased is a resident of Handwara and has been identified as Majid Ahmad.
