Hibz module busted in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Sep 15: Security forces on Tuesday claimed to have busted a Hibz module in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district and arrested two militant associates.
An official told Kashmir Despatch that three militants associates of Hizb Mujahideen militant outfit were apprehended during naka checking in Ganderbal district.
The officer identified trio as Arshid Ahmad Khan son of Mohammad Altaf Khan of Wayil Wuder Gutlibagh, Majid Rasool Rather son of Ghulam Rasool Rather of Beehama and Mohammad Asif Najar son of Abdul Razaq Najar of Beehama.
The officer said that the trio have come in contact with Pak based militant Fayaz Khan of Chanhar Gutlibagh who has tasked them to take up militant activities in the area.
The trio were arrested by a joint team of 5 RR , SOG and CRPF.
Three hand grenades, electronic gadgets were recovered from their possession.
In this regard a case FIR Number 199 of 2020 U/S 13, 18 UAPA 1967 has been registered and further investigation has been initiated the officer said
