House gutted in Fire Mishap in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, August 21: A residential house was gutted in a fire mishap in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday night.

An official told Kashmir Despatch that a residential house belonged to Mohammad Aslam Baba son of Ghulam Mahidin Baba of Baba Mohalla Kullan was damaged in a fire Incident which broke out during on Thursday night.

A fire service team after informed reached to the spot and doused the flames and put fire under control, but couldn’t save the whole building.

In the mishap the house was completely damaged but the exact figure of loss was not known immediately.

A police officer told Kashmir Despatch that investigation has been set into motion. He said cause of fire was not known, however it is said to be short-circuit.
