New Delhi : Scores of people belonged to different professional sections on Saturday evening assembled at Jantar Mantar in India’s capital state New Delhi to show solidarity with the detained Kashmiris.
According to Kashmir Despatch correspondent people from different professional sections on Saturday evening assembled at Jantar Mantar to express solidarity with detained Kashmiris who have been under locked over 75 days post the removal of Article 370 on August 05.
While raising slogans against authorities, the protestors holding banners that read “Release children immediately” , “Restore democratic rights in Kashmir”, “Stand with Kashmir, Kashmiriyat, Insaniyat” and demanded immediate release of detained Kashmiris.
The protestors also demanded peace and freedom of expression in Kashmir and restoration of democracy at earliest.
