Srinagar, July 07: Second suicide reported in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district in the last 12 hours.
The fresh incident reported at Naninara area of Sumbal in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district where a 28 -year-old youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his home.
Details available with Kashmir Despatch, A youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence on Tuesday evening.
The family members of the youth, after spotting him hanging inside the room, immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case under 174 CrPc and taken up further investigations in this regard.
Pertinently, This is second suicide in a day in Bandipora district earlier a teenage girl ended her life by taking an extreme step.
With this fresh suicide incident, the toll rises to 12 in just 29 days in Kashmir Division.
