Insha Manzoor is rewriting norms and breaking barriers as the first female wedding photographer in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
At just 21 years old, Insha is already making a name for herself, captivating audiences with her unique perspective.
Insha Manzoor is not just a photographer; she is a visionary, capturing the essence of Sopore through her lens. Breaking stereotypes and paving the way for aspiring photographers in the region, Insha is an inspiration for young women everywhere.
Currently working with JB Studio, one of the finest wedding photography, cinematic photography, and product shoot institutes in North Kashmir, Insha is also pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in BBA at Baramulla College.
Insha continues her photography using a phone, showcasing her talent on Instagram. Her reels have garnered millions of views, and she has amassed 6666 followers on Instagram.
In 2018, Insha was recognized as the most Promising Video Journalist at Vox Populi- A Debating Phenomenon event held in Jammu. Her commitment to honing her craft is evident in her participation in the Baramulla Photography Contest in 2023, organized by the district administration.
Insha’s decision to pursue photography professionally is applauded by her friends, who admire her passion and creativity in the field. She can often be seen at wedding ceremonies, holding the camera among large gatherings, making her none less than a celebrity. Her work speaks for itself, and people feel proud to have her as a friend.
