Srinagar, Jan 8 : Jio Broadband subscribers have accused the service provider of very poor service from last four days.
A user in Airport area of Humhama said that he had opted for Jio broadband after the company representative claimed of high speed and prompt service, But they have very poor service , “my connection is not working for 4 days, customer care does not care to fix the issue so are the company representatives of Srinagar. They don’t care about fixing the issue despite communicating them many times,” he said .
He appealed the Management of Jio to look into the non-serious nature of its Srinagar representatives so that trust of customers is not lost with the brand.
