Pulwama, September 29: The Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI), Pulwama, successfully concluded its third Management Development Program (MDP-3) under the Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) initiative at the District Employment & Counselling Centre (DECC), Pulwama.
Fourteen participants, comprising seven female and seven male entrepreneurs, completed the training program. Raiyees Manzoor, District Nodal Officer, JKEDI Pulwama, engaged with the trainees, evaluated their progress, and emphasized the role of such programs in enhancing entrepreneurial skills and fostering capacity building for both aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
The program included business simulation exercises, group market surveys, expert-led sessions, and interactive learning modules, all designed to provide participants with practical skills and boost their entrepreneurial confidence.
This initiative underscores JKEDI’s dedication to strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Pulwama and empowering youth to become successful job creators.
