JKEWT celebrates world women’s day at Handwara

Handwara, Mar 08 : On the world women’s day, a function was on Friday held by Jammu and Kashmir Women’s Empowerment Trust (JKWET) in this regard at Baderhar Handwara.


Tehsildar Baramulla Safia Malik presided over the event. 


Speaking on the occasion, Safia said that celebrating women’s day was aimed to highlight the charm of women so that her work is recognized. 
She added that every woman is special and the celebration of this day took place to recognize the work of a woman from her house. (KNS)
