Srinagar, July 13: Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) on Wednesday declared the provisional selection list of 209 Junior Engineers.
These posts were advertised vide two separate notifications by JKSSB in 2020 and 2021 for the PWD and Jal Shakti Department. The written test was conducted by JKSSB in October 2021 and the result was declared on January 12, 2022. Accordingly, the document verification was done in February 2022.
The selection list was also approved by the JKSSB in its 201st Board Meeting held on 23 April 2022.
The posts were advertised under LG’s fast track recruitment directions in the year 2020.
Earlier, the agitated aspirants had staged a protest demonstration at Press Enclave demanding issuance of the selection list of the aspirants selected for the posts of Junior Engineers by the J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB).
