SRINAGAR, Mar 8: Qazi Ghulam Nabi Shah Noorani, Editor-in-Chief of the Urdu daily Karwan Kashmir and a resident of Bagh-e-Mehtab, passed away, leaving the media fraternity and people from various walks of life in deep mourning.
His demise has been widely mourned by individuals associated with religious, political, social and journalistic circles, who remembered the late Noorani for his significant contributions to journalism and religious service. They paid glowing tributes to him, recalling his dedication, integrity and commitment to the field of media.
Meanwhile, Syed Basharat, Editor-in-Chief of Kashmir Despatch newspaper, expressed profound grief over the demise of Qazi Ghulam Nabi Shah Noorani. In a condolence message, he extended heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul, stating that Noorani’s contributions to Urdu journalism will always be remembered.
