Srinagar: National Conference Vice President Omar Abdullah has said that until Kashmiri Pandits don’t return to he valley, it will stay incomplete and will never be at peace.
In a tweet, the Former Chief Minister said that he hopes that the process of reversing of what happened in 1990 begins soon.
