The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) has announced an unavoidable increase in power curtailment in Valley.
Officials said that the limited power availability is the primary reason behind the restrictions.
In a statement issued here, KPDCL asked consumers to bear with the situation and assured that these restrictions will be eased once power availability improves.
“Avoid exceeding sanctioned loads / hooking to help stabilize the power supply.” They said
“Due to limited power availability, there has been an unavoidable increase in power curtailment. These restrictions will be eased once power availability improves.
Please bear with us & ensure judicious use of power, especially during peak hours. Avoid exceeding sanctioned load/hooking.” said KPDCL in a post on X.
