Srinagar Mar, 15: After a gap of two weeks, the University of Kashmir authorities had declared the Result of 5th semester 2016 batch on yesterday late evening, as according to sources the authorities have gone through the process of ‘Rectification’ of failed answer scripts of the students who have been declared ‘repair’ in the previous result notification, after which the students from North, South and Central Kashmir affiliated colleges have strongly registered their protests against ‘laxity’ of university examiners.

The Kashmir University authorities two weeks before had Uploaded the results of 5th-semester examinations wherein hundreds of students have been declared ‘failed’ in one or more subjects. However, the flawed result deceleration by Kashmir University has received strong criticism from all walks of life, especially from academicians and Student association, against the examination wing of Kashmir University for such lackadaisical approach towards Students by declaring “flawed” results in every semester examination.

Meanwhile, from the past few days the Print, Online, and Electronic media houses have given coverage to the issue and brought it into the notice of University authorities, for time being redressal. However, the university administration has declared the new results yesterday evening.
