Weapon of offence, “Axe” as per reports, also ceased by police
Srinagar, Nov 20 : Police on Sunday said that it has arrested a man accused of murdering his sister-in-law in Noorbagh area of Srinagar on Sunday.
In a tweet, Srinagar Police informed said that One accused namely Umer Farooq S/o Farooq Ahmed R/o Pamposh Colony, Srinagar arrested for murdering his Sister-in-law( elder Bhabi). Weapon of offence also recovered on his disclosure in front of magistrate. “
Police said that a case registered in safakadal PS under relevant sections of murder. Srinagar Police tweeted.
