Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha on Monday expressed grief over the sad demise of historian and Padma Vibhushan awardee Balwant Moreshwar Purandare, popularly known as Babasaheb Purandare who died at a Pune hospital on Monday after a brief illness.
