Market Checking held in Srinagar City

Food and Safety Department held market checking in Srinagar parts after the drive was started from south kashmirs anantnag district.

Market checking was conducted by team of Food and Safety officers headed by ACF srinagar held in Batamaloo and Magarmalbagh Parts in Srinagar city enforcing provisions of Copta.

During inspection Foreign as well as local cigreates were seized and realised fine from shopkeepers worth Sixty thousands.

An official quoted the local and foreign cigreates labelled with fruit and other pics interact addictors as real and natural taste but have luring effect for young generation he added.

Officials talked we will continue the drive in interest of public health and appeal people avoid cigreates.
