She is one of three stars who is judging the programme.

“In fact, after my marriage, I went to Kashmir for the first time, and was really amazed and mesmerised to see the real Jannat on this earth with my better half. I wished I had gone earlier, but I guess it was destiny,” she added.

Along with Remo D’Souza, Bhagyashree Dassani, Urmila will mentor and guide the talented moms through their journey, and help them achieve their dreams. Urmila’s statement came in the third edition of DID Super Moms which started with Shaadi special in which the 12 participants put their best foot forward. It was this special episode that reminded the judges to tell their own stories as the script demands so.

Urmila is married to a Kashmir Mohsin Akhter Mir. They celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on March 3. “They had a Hindu wedding in a mandap on the terrace, followed by a nikaah ceremony,” one newspaper report said. “The couple first met at fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s niece Riddhi Malhotra’s wedding in 2014, but kept their relationship secret and declared it to the world only after their marriage.” (Agencie)
