Masked militants try to abduct PDP worker

Masked militants tried to abduct a PDP worker on Monday late night.

Official sources told that at around 10:00 PM of Monday night 3 masked militants entered into the house of one PDP worker at Abhama Rajpora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

The family members raised hue and cry and foiled the abduction bid. Militants managed to escape from the spot while the PDP worker was shifted to hospital in unconscious state.

Sources identified the PDP worker as Irshad Ahmad wagay son of Ghulam Hassan wagay, a resident of Abhama Rajpora.

Government Forces cordoned off the area after the incident and launched a search operation which was underway till the filing of this report.(KNT)
