Srinagar : Suspected militants today evening shot dead a medical shop owner in capital city of Kashmir, the third such killing within the span of a week.
Sources told Kashmir Despatch, unidentified gunmen shot at and critically injured Dr Bindroo in Iqbal park area of Srinagar.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, sources added.
A police officer also confirmed to Kashmir Despatch and said whole area has been sealed to nab the attackers.
This is the third attack since past two days.
