Poonch, May 28 : Tehsildar Mendhar on Monday seized the school records of several private educational institutions for running unauthorized classes.
Reports reaching GNS said that at least five educational institutions have come in a blatant violation to the educational ethics and standards by holding unauthorised classes in the institutions.
Most of these institutions are recognized only upto 6th standard but in a bid to earn quick bucks they hold classes well beyond and some even hold classes for 12th standard, they said
The shoddy practice prompted action from Tehsildar Mendhar Dr. Vikram Sharma who directed to seize the school records of all such institutions, reports said.
The institutions, as per reports include: Raza Grace Mission, St. Francis, Pakeeza Education Trust, Future Hope Academy, Education Mission International School, which are operating at alternate places in the area. (GNS)
