Meri Maati, Mera Desh: Police organises ‘Tiranga Rally’ in Tral

Pulwama: Under Meri Maati, Mera Desh programme, The Jammu & Kashmir Police in Aripal area of Tral on Monday organised a ‘Tiranga rally’ which was attended by a large number of students, Police and CRPF personnel, govt employees and others.

On the occasion, the participants were waving the national flag throughout the rally, which started from Satoora village and culminated Aripal tehsil.

SDPO Tral, Mubashir Rasool, ADC Tral, SY Naqash, SHO Tral, Manzoor Ahmad, CO 180 Bn CRPF, Tehsildar Aripal and other officers were leading the rally.

Notably, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the 103rd edition of Mann Ki Baat on 30 July cited a unique idea to celebrate the 77th Independence Day, after announcing the ‘Meri Mati Mera Desh’ campaign during the Amrit Mahotsav celebration.”
