Militant associate held in Tral

Tral, Sep 12 : Police on Saturday said it has arrested a militant associate in South Kashmir’s Tral.

An official told Kashmir Despatch that security forces arrested militant associate of Ansar Gazwat-ul-Hind outfit involved in providing shelter, logistics and other support to the AuGH militants as well as in transporting of arms/ ammunition of the militants in Tral area.

As per police statement arrested militant associate has been identified as Adil Ahmad Hajam of Ratsuna Tral.

Incriminating material has been recovered from him which has been seized for the record purpose.

A Case FIR number 72/2020 stands already registered against the said person in Police Station Tral under relevant sections of law the statement reads.
