Inspector General of Police Kashmir Zone Vijay Kumar on Tuesday said that the missing PhD scholar had joined Hibz militant outfit group.
IGP talking to media said missing PhD scholar Hilal Ahmad Dar of Bemina Srinagar, who went missing during a trekking expedition has joined Hizb militant ranks.
IGP said this after the wrathlaying ceremony of CRPF jawan at RTC Humhama.
