No Movement without Passes

Srinagar, May 04 : Authorities on Monday granted permission for movement of individuals and vehicles in all areas in Jammu and Kashmir between 7 PM and 7 AM.
Government Spokesperson Rohit Kansal in a tweet said Prohibitions (Curfew) On movement in ALL areas between 7 PM and 7 AM. No movement without passes. Medical emergencies exempted.
