Murder of a little angel

Date:

No one could have ever thought that the body of an innocent, angel-like boy named Talib Manzoor would have been buried in a nearby dense forest where ferocious wild animals roam at night.

This was a shock to the parents and all those who closely monitored the whereabouts of an eight year old boy who went missing his home in Kupwara. The news was being reported every now and then on the media platforms and even rewards were announced if anyone could help to trace the missing child.

While some people vigorously prayed for his well-being and miraculous return others speculated that something ominous has happened to this young child.

Most of the people feared that this boy might have be taken away by some forest beast but when the body was finally found buried in the forest, the police department began to probe into this matter further meticulously.

The concerned official while revealing the horrifying details of this incident said that it was murder committed by a mother-son duo who might had some petty trifle with neighbouring family. In order to seek revenge from them, both mother and son hatched a plan to abduct Talib, kill him and then bury in the forest.

Sooner as the news spread on the social media platforms, a plethora of condemnations started to pour in from all sections. This spine chilling incident petrified the people across J&K while tearing off our respective conscience that demands us to introspect the new low touched by the society we live in.

It maybe hard to realise but we are undergoing a subtle destructive social change which if not stopped now will completely devour our image, ethics and social character in the impending future. There should be no doubt that our present promptness and requisite actions will undoubtedly define the course of future events.

We are playing with a devastating fire that begins with a small often ignored spark. However, this is a vicious spark and if neglected has enough potential to destroy the whole house.
