Srinagar, April 12 : One more reason of irresponsibleness by such an reputed citizen in Jammu and Kashmir by not adhering the norms of procedural protocol despite having a travel history.
Reports reaching Kashmir Despatch said, an NGO head who tested postive on Sunday and became a victim of COVID-19 had a travel history, not adhering the norms and procedural protocols and went on to supply food products among needy ones.
In a tweet Srinagar district administration said the negligence of an NGO member created the panic like situation, multiplies problems and puts community at risk.
Earlier, Renowned business tycoon of Kashmir now deceased who was affiliated with Tableegi Jamaat, was criticised across the Kashmir for not adhering the procedural protocol.
Now NGO head also committed a sin by not only dis-obeyed the guidelines issued by Government of India but puts whole community at risk by his ill behaviour.
