Orders 50% of shops opening of shops on alternetive days in J&K

Amid rise in Corona virus cases government of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday extended night curfew to all 20 districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
The night curfew was already in force in eight districts, Jammu, Udhampur, Kathua, Srinagar, Baramulla, Budgam, Anantnag and Kupwara.
While India is facing the severe intensive Corona virus second wave with 2,56,828 new COVID19 cases, and 1,757 deaths in a single day. The restrictions in Jammu and Kashmir has been intensified as the union territory has recorded 1,526 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total of infected people to 1,46,692.
Pertinent to mention that government has already closed all educational institutions till May 15, except for some courses/programs.
“The Corona Curfew at night shall be extended to all Municipal / urban local body limits of all 20 districts of #JammuAndKashmir. It was already in force in eight districts earlier, from 10 pm to 6 am,” Office of Lieutenant Governor tweeted as per Kashmir Despatch.
In order to reduce crowds in markets, the malls/ shops would be open on an alternate basis.
“Only 50% shops in Market complexes / Bazaars / Malls within the Municipal limits / urban local body limits shall be open on an alternate basis through a rotation system,” Manoj Sinha tweeted.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha also instructed District magistrates of all districts to devise mechanisms for implementing this, preferably in consultation with local market associations.
