Srinagar, July 07: Former legislator Nizamuddin Bhat has expressed deep sorrow over the sad and untimely demise of young KAS officer, Parvez Ahmad Shah from Bagh Bandipora.
Bhat said his death is an irreparable loss while offering condolences to his family and fraternity.
He termed his death as a tragic departure of an intellectual and officer who had made a niche out of sheer struggle and toil.
Bhat prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
