Non local tailor became fresh victim of COVID-19 in Kashmir, J-K toll rose to 41

Srinagar, June 07 : The death toll due to COVID-19 in Jammu and Kashmir rises to 41 as another victim lost his life due to this virus on Sunday.

A health official told news agency, that a non local tailor a resident of Kolkatta became fresh victim of this deadly virus in Kashmir. He said a Kolkatta resident who was rented at Saraibala area in Srinagar District died this afternoon due to COVID-19.

With the fresh death the toll in Jammu and Kashmir rose to 41.

Pertinently, Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday recorded 451 highest number of COVID-19 positive cases in a single day.(KINS)
