In response to the Kashmir Despatch video that was posted on X, the former captain of the Indian Women’s cricket team expressed her delight in witnessing Hurmat’s talent, passion, and determination for cricket at such a young age. She also encouraged Hurmat to keep going strong in her cricket journey.
Pertinently, last week, the legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar took to his microblogging site, X, where he wrote, “It is always a pleasure to see young girls playing cricket. Watching videos like these brings a smile to my face.”
